Session Fees
Our standard fees are as follows:

Initial consultation (50–60 minutes) $115

Individual therapy session (45–60 minutes) $185

Group therapy session (60 minutes) $59

Family therapy session (60 minutes) $195

Extended sessions (75–90 minutes) $225
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) / Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Insurance
We are currently in-network with ABC, ABC, and ABC and can work with clients who use out of network benefits via other insurance plans.
If we are out-of-network, many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network sessions. We are happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your benefits. Helpful questions include:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
Is preauthorization required?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?
Good faith estimate
In accordance with federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance.
